Philip J. Parker
Chief Executive Officer
Philip J. Parker is a veteran of the US Navy. Following his career in the US Navy and commercial banking, Mr. Parker founded a number of renewable and LNG project development companies, including Penn Oak Energy Corp., which developed a unique solution for diesel-to-LNG conversions in the shipping and mining industries. Mr. Parker serves on multiple advisory boards.
