Philip J. Parker
Chief Executive Officer
Philip J. Parker is a veteran of the US Navy. Following his career in the US Navy and commercial banking, Mr. Parker founded a number of renewable and LNG project development companies, including Penn Oak Energy Corp., which developed a unique solution for diesel-to-LNG conversions in the shipping and mining industries. Mr. Parker serves on multiple advisory boards.
Brandon Johnson, JD/LLM
Chief Operating Officer
Brandon Johnson has 20 years’ experience in energy regulation, litigation, trading, and project development having worked at FERC, leading law firms like Gibson Dunn and Kirkland & Ellis, and most recently Berkshire Hathaway Energy.
Dan Skedzielewski, PE
Director of Engineering
Dan Skedzielewski has over thirty years of engineering experience in the petrochemical and electric power generation industries. He has been a startup engineer, design engineer, construction manager, project manager, engineering manager, and consulting engineer for utilities such as Connectiv Energy, Delmarva Power & Light, and as an independent consultant.
